From humble beginnings in 2008, Sai UVR Properties Private Limited has expanded from the first project in Hyderabad to become a respected name in the South India. Our journey has taken us to Chennai and from there on to Coimbatore. We have successfully completed multiple projects in all the three cities and now we are fully focused on the second largest and upcoming tier two city, Coimbatore, where we have delivered 3 projects.
SAI AASHRAY at Vadavalli , a stilt + 3 floors project consisting of apartments was a sell out, followed by UTSAV PRASHANTHI at Alandurai, a prestigious gated community with 23 Villas & 98 apartments which was again a sell out. Currently, to meet the city’s growing needs, the new project UTSAV HILLS consisting of 4 Towers & 115 apartments is coming up at Thudiyalur.
